The room was very clean and cozy with comfortable beds, and the location was ideal, being close to the airport, dining options, and even a botanical garden.

The room was bright and impressive with central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave, and the location was fantastic, within walking distance of everything we needed.

The staff here are very friendly, the room is clean and has nice amenities, plus the location is excellent, right by the Zoo, Old Town, Starbucks.

The hotel is fairly clean and modern. The staff, especially the night shift, are professional and extremely helpful. The location is quiet, nice, and near the airport, shuttle, and a Convenience Store. I felt safe during my stay.

The queen room I stayed in was spacious and nicely renovated. The hotel's location is great, being close to the airport, CHI Health Center, a convention center, and other attractions like the ball field and zoo.

The rooms are updated, large, and have private bathrooms. Rooms are equipped with a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, and a refrigerator. The hotel is conveniently located in the Carter Lake district, close to attractions, restaurants, and entertainment. Within proximity to the CHI Health Center, a large convention center, downtown area, and the airport.

We stayed here during the BRK annual meeting and although the rates were higher than normal, the location was convenient. There is a convenience store right across the street, which was perfect for grabbing snacks and drinks. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The service provided by Euince was exceptional - she was welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had an early check-in. The hotel is also conveniently located near the old market and Century Link.

The breakfast options were lackluster and unappealing according to previous reviews.

The bed was very hard. We only had a few hours to sleep before leaving for our 4AM flight. I was unable to sleep at all because the bed was too hard.

A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. The rooms with nice amenities, comfy bed, bedroom. Comfy, favourable location to the AMTRAK station. Also - right by downtown area and airport as well as the Airport and shuttle service P/U.

Competent employees at night shift. Updated, spotless room with private bathroom, shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets. Great beds. Favorable and perfect location.
